j u s t i n

it is kind of a weird feeling being amongst a stadium full of people crying, screaming, and chanting your boyfriends name...

ok but really though.

last night was one of the most interesting concerts i have ever been to. i am not much of a bieber fan, but thanks to my brother austin, i know most every song. we have fun jamming after school to a loud bieber tune or two.

the tickets for this thing went on sale like six months ago. my dad kept putting off buying them in hopes for a stealin deal... well there ended up being no tickets for us until the night before. my aunt had two extra tickets and i was elected to take austin... honestly, i was not excited to go. i had no desire to sit for hours and have my ears suffer later.

let me take a step back and say how big of a JB fan austin is. he listens to him every night before he goes to bed and sings at the top of his lungs. he does his hair like him. he tries to dress like him. he has multiple books and magazines about him. he tries to impersonate him. and watching his music videos is a daily after school routine at our house.

thinking about austin's excitement is what changed my attitude. i knew he would be ecstatic and would have the time of his life. so, i decided to surprise him a few hours before the concert....

it took him a few seconds to really process what i had just said. but when he did, he was jumping up and down, hugging me, laughing and seriously smiling from ear to ear. that by itself made me so so so happy.

so austin went home, re-gelled his hair, and sprayed some cologne before we headed out for the night. haha lets just say he is the funnest date!

the line for t-shirts took us 45 minutes... and it was a line of pushing, crying, yelling and madness. we just laughed at everybody and waited patiently for our turn. me and austin both got t-shirts (score!) and put them on...obviously! while in line, we missed the opener (carly rae jeppson)... we really didn't care since she is a one-hit wonder anyway. (...we still sung "call me maybe" from the hallway)

j.biebs put on a great show and i actually enjoyed myself.... austin was in heaven. he was sweaty from fist pumping, singing, screaming and jumping up and down. he couldn't believe that it was actually justin bieber!

thanks to my handy dandy camera, i was able to zoom to an incredible distance to make it seem like we were close. well, don't be fooled, because we were SO FAR AWAY! i don't know how my ears would feel today if we were any closer... thank goodness!

i must admit, i am a belieber...
